Conditions for cancellation of reservation
from 1 September to 30 June for the territory of Bulgaria

• 30 days before the start of the rental contract - free of charge
• 15 days before the start of the lease - 10% of the total amount of the rent
• 7 days before the start of the lease - 20% of the total amount of the rent
• 48 hours before the start of the lease - 30% of the total rent
• 24 hours before the start of the lease - 40% of the total rent
• From 24 hours until the start of the rental contract or No-Show - 100% of the amount

Conditions for cancellation of reservation
from September 1 to June 30 for outside of Bulgaria

• 30 days before the start of the rental contract - free of charge
• 15 days before the start of the lease - 20% of the total rent
• 7 days before the start of the lease - 30% of the total amount of the rent
• 48 hours before the start of the lease - 50% of the total rent
• From 48 hours until the start of the rental contract or No-Show - 100% of the amount

Conditions for cansellation of prepaid reservations
for July and August for the territory of Bulgaria

refers to all bookings that include dates in July and August regardless of the start and end date of the rental

• up to 30 days before the rental date - the entire amount is refunded
• up to 15 days before the date of the contract 25% of the total amount of the rent is refunded
• up to 7 days before the contract date 50% of the total amount of the rent is reimbursed
• under 7 days we do not accept booking cancellations for July and August

Conditions for cansellation of prepaid reservations
for July and August outside Bulgaria

refers to all bookings that include dates in July and August regardless of the start and end date of the rental

• up to 60 days before the rental date - the entire amount is refunded
• up to 30 days before the contract date 50% of the amount is refunded
• under 30 days we do not accept a reservation of foreign reservations for July and August
